The community of Olney, Maryland is reeling from a terrible automobile accident that claimed the life of a high school senior and sent two others to the hospital. Last night, at our church’s prayer meeting, we lifted up in prayer those grieving and those in recovery in the aftermath of this fatal car accident involving three students at Sherwood High School. It happened early Wednesday. The crash claimed the life of Sherwood senior Sanaa Vil. Two of her friends – I don’t have their names – were also in the car and were hospitalized due to their injuries.
One of our church’s teenagers knew the young lady who lost her life, and shared with our church the link for a GoFundMe that’s been set up to help the Vil family.
